HR 212 – Forms, Resources & How To Guides for Leave Administration & Accommodations/Interactive Process
Charter Schools are unique in their applications of Federal and California Leaves of absence and ADA/FEHA Reasonable Accommodation Interactive Process. CharterSAFE has created a comprehensive overview of the best practices and processes to implement when administering leaves. This course is a companion course to HR106 & HR107 and specifically addresses the process of administering Federal and California Specific leaves of absence commonly seen in California Charter Schools and the Americans with Disabilities Reasonable Accommodation Interactive Process. We recommend attendees of HR212 course also complete our HR106 and HR107 courses on leaves of absence and reasonable accommodation.
