HR 213 – Understanding EPLI and The Claims Process
This course provides information about Employment Practices Liability Insurance, reviews national and California historical trends for employment claims, discusses the economic and soft costs of employment claims, reviews the claims process, and provides best practice recommendations to prevent employee claims and what to do after an employee files a claim against your charter school. This course was prepared in May 2024.
