HR 304 - Performance Management – Discipline Training for Supervisors

  • Registration Closed

What happens when an employee’s performance or behavior negatively impacts an organization’s effectiveness?  Discipline is the process to help correct these deficiencies.  Supervisors will learn how to address an employee’s failure to perform or comply with the policies and procedures in your employee handbook.  We will discuss the types of disciplinary action, how to make an initial assessment of any employee issue and develop a game plan to encourage the employee to change their attitude or performance or provide sufficient document to support a termination for cause.  And last, we will encourage supervisors to discuss any current performance issues with staff and walk them through the process of generating disciplinary documentation using our CharterSAFE verbal/written warning and performance improvement plan templates.

This training can be done onsite/in-person or virtually.

Contact CharterSAFE's HR staff to schedule any onsite training at your school (hr@chartersafe.org or 916-880-3461)
