HR 306 – Civility in the Workplace – Employee

Civility in the workplace supports an employer’s anti-harassment and anti-bullying policies, as well as supporting the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion.  We will train your employees on the definition of civil engagement, review a code of civil engagement and provide tools for your employees to use to be proactive in promoting a respectful, responsible, mindful and compassionate behavior in the workplace.  We will do scenario training to review aspects of civil and uncivil behavior.

This training can be done onsite/in-person or virtually.

Contact CharterSAFE's HR staff to schedule any onsite training at your school ( or 916-880-3461)
